This year’s competition will pay out a total purse of $17,200. The roster will include 24 bronc riders that will make their way to Miles City, Montana May 20, 21 and 22 to compete at the WSRRA 8 Seconds Whiskey Tour Stop, for the second time in what has proven to be a very exciting partnership. This year’s format will be a threeround progressive ranch bronc riding, with 24 entries in the 1st round on Friday. The fi rst round top 16 ranch bronc riders will advance to the 2nd round on Saturday. The championship round on Sunday will feature the top 8 ranch bronc riders from the second round. The 1st round payout will be $4300 and 40 points, 2nd round payout will be $4300 and 60 points and the championship round will be $8600 and 100 points. This offi cial 8 Seconds Whiskey Tour stop will be a matching point, for a total of 200 points towards the WSRRA year-end standings and the prestigious title of 2016 MCBHS Champion Ranch Bronc Rider.
