After seven years of helping put together Working Ranch Junior, a lot of our past contributors have already grown into fi ne young men and women. Sometimes I get word of the good work that they are doing out there in the beef industry, and it makes me so happy and proud! Of course, you could tell by the article that they wrote back then that they were going places. In fact, we plan on featuring a “Where are They Now?” segment in the regular magazine one day. That should be fun! Would you like to write a summer journal? I would love to see a few summer Junior Rancher’s Journals. If you are 17 and under and interested in sharing yours, then just keep a journal for 5 to 7 days in a row, a couple of paragraphs a day is good, take photos to illustrate what you are doing and as soon as you get it done, email it to christine@workingranchmag.com. Let the summer adventures begin!
